The Triforce is a Looping Artifact and the True Anchor of the Legend of Zelda Loops. It designates one of its three bearers to play "designated Anchor" for a specific amount of time. As the Legend of Zelda Loops run through Hyrule's entire history, this often means that Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf will sometimes Awaken to find strange events in the current past either by their own actions or those of one (or more) of the other three proxy Anchors.

Powers[]

Triforce (Ocarina of Time)

The Triforce is somewhat self aware, though it does not interact with most other Loopers. It has shown a sense of patience, blasting away from Excalibur when it got too annoyed with the other artifact's constant talking.

As the Triforce is a Looping Artifact, only one copy of it may exist in Yggdrasil's systems. Thus, while one or more outside Loopers might be designated as a bearer of the Triforce for a specific Loop, they will not retain the connection to the Triforce when they leave the Loop.

The Triforce has the power to grant the wish of whomever touches it, The Triforce does not discriminate between "good" or "evil". However, if a person without an equal balance of power, wisdom, and courage makes a wish, the Triforce will split into its three separate parts: the piece that best personifies the wish-maker will be the only piece to remain in hand, whilst the other two will take residence in whosoever most personifies them.
